Healing Connections
Do you feel isolated as a homeopath? Do you ever long for knowledgeable input? Does the collegiality from seminars and conferences fade when you return home, leaving you alone in your everyday practice?
The Academy’s Healing Connections Program provides ongoing professional relationships that are grounded in the realities of your practice. You’ll collaborate with two or three specially chosen colleagues whose level of experience is similar to yours and whose interests are complementary. Once a week, your practice group will convene via phone or videoconference to offer insights on each other’s cases. If you encounter issues that require more experienced input, your group can call on the Academy’s faculty for consultation at a reduced hourly rate. In three months, you can choose to continue with the same group of colleagues or to create new alliances.
The Healing Connections Program gives you flexibility to strengthen existing skills, explore new horizons, or try a little of each. It’s a chance to grow as a homeopath and renew your enthusiasm again and again.
How it works:
Every three months, we assign participants to a practice group according to their preferences and experience level. We provide each practice group with a specified time in our virtual meeting room, including videoconferencing and desktop sharing so that participants can see and hear each other and can show each other materials such as case notes, videos, repertory charts, etc.
Practice groups are free to meet as many times as they choose, though we suggest at least once a week.
Participants receive our Healing Connections Handbook which offers procedures and suggestions for using this opportunity effectively. All participants sign a confidentiality agreement and erase the identities of their cases, as privacy is of the utmost importance.
