Our curriculum is designed for the ultimate in flexibility: take one course or take the whole training program, and study at your own pace. Most courses are live, online distance learning; some are in-person weekend seminars in various locations.
Our philosophy
A successful homeopath is flexible, self-aware, and resourceful. He or she works hard but in a focused way; engages with integrity in a strong professional community; maintains an accurate perception of homeopathy’s power and limitations; and balances work with personal development for longevity and health. Our instructors are certified and experienced practitioner-teachers who model this kind of success, and our training program is dedicated to developing these qualities in our students.
About certification
The Certificate Program can be used toward the class hours requirement for credentialing by the Council for Homeopathic Certification. Students seeking certification should include the three Intensive Case Study courses in their elective choices in order to fulfill the CHC’s requirement for on-site hours. In addition to class hours, the CHC requires clinical supervision, which the Academy can also provide by individual request. For more information about professional certification, please see the CHC's website.
Students who fulfill all of the requirements outlined below receive a certificate from the Academy attesting to their completion of our professional training program. We do not ourselves certify students, believing that the homeopathic profession benefits from the kind of objective, independent certification process offered by the CHC. Students intending to seek certification should consult with Academy staff to be sure that their chosen electives will fulfill the CHC's requirements.
Our courses do not confer a certification or license to practice, and we do not give medical advice.
Certain courses grant continuing education credit for acupuncture physicians in Florida.
Please refer to our Course list for more information about each course and to our Course schedule for a timetable of upcoming offerings.
